Ras Mubarak, a former Member of Parliament (MP) for the Kumbungu seat in the Northern area, has reacted to Energy Minister Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh’s bluff, saying that anyone who wants to provide a load shedding timeline should do so.
Napo has stated that Ghana is not experiencing an energy crisis and does not require a timeline to assist people organize their lives around the periodic power outages that are now occurring nationally.
As a result, he advised those who demanded a timeline to create one by themselves. He even referred to the petitions as “wishing harm upon the nation.” Mr Mubarak has thus taken a cue from the minister and humorously developed one – a 24/7 plan for implementation.
On Tuesday, March 26, the former MP outlined the load-shedding plan for impacted townsand hopes many prepare for what is to come from the recent outages.
