An individual known only by the nickname Jaqen H’ghar is a member of the notorious Faceless Men of Braavos, a gang of masked assassins who can transform into different people at will. He was first introduced as a Lorathi criminal, captured and held in King’s Landing until Yoren persuaded him to join the Night’s Watch.

When they smuggle Arya Stark out of King’s Landing, Yoren is with the group that she is travelling with. Along the way, he visits the region south of Harrenhal, where they encounter a Lannister ambush and are taken, prisoner.

Jaqen maintains his cool under pressure while yet being polite. The Faceless Man morphs into a new appearance when the Jaqen persona is no longer helpful to him and offers to train Arya to become a Faceless Man in exchange for her joining him. Arya finally travels to Braavos to find Jaqen, and when she does, he gives her instructions. She has completed her training and has killed the Waif; in his eyes, she is now “no one.”

Why does Jaqen Ha’ghar refer to himself as ‘No One’ in ‘Game of Thrones’?

Jaqen H’ghar was taught how to give up their old identities and convert into “no one,” which allows them to become wholly different people, in order to serve the Many-Faced God.
