A Texas medical examiner confirms that Freeda George Foreman, the daughter of former heavyweight champion George Foreman, died by suicide.

Freeda George Foreman sadly passed away in March 2019. Police said she died in an apparent suicide and was found hanging by a relative, The 42-year-old was a professional boxer who followed her father’s path and achieved great success.
Freeda is survived by her husband and daughter, as well as 11 siblings. Freeda began her boxing career in the middleweight ranks in 2001, beginning with a five-match winning streak with three knockouts that lasted until the following year, when she was defeated in her sixth match.
