On November 11, 1999, Kelvin Joseph Jr., a cornerback with the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League, was born. (NFL). The Cowboys picked him in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft. He played collegiate football at LSU and Kentucky.

Joseph had 67 tackles as a junior and contributed to the team’s 5A state title win with 3 interceptions, 2 returned for scores, and 12 pass breakups. He received accolades for becoming Class 5A All-State, All-Metro, Co-Defensive MVP of District 4-5A, and All-District.

As a senior, he recorded 113 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, and three interceptions. He was selected for class 5A All-State in addition to participating in the All-American Bowl.

During his career in high school, he scored a total of 13 touchdowns on punts, kickoffs, and interception returns. He participated in basketball drills and played on Javonte Smart’s team.
Joseph received offers to play college football for Alabama, Florida State, Auburn, and Florida, but he decided to play for LSU instead.
In the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft, Joseph was selected by the Dallas Cowboys (44th overall). On June 10, 2021, he inked a rookie deal with Dallas for a period of four years. To begin the season, he was put on injured reserve on September 2, 2021. He started working on October 30.
