Alexander, also known online as Technoblade, was an American YouTuber and internet personality who lived from June 1, 1999, to June 20, 2022.

He was well-known for his Minecraft videos and live streams on his channel and his participation in the Dream SMP.

Technoblade’s YouTube channel had more than 12 million subscribers as of July 2022. Technoblade passed away in June 2022 as a result of metastasized sarcoma.

What happened to Technoblade?

The popular YouTuber died of cancer. The specific type of cancer however remains unknown.

Following the news of the passing of popular YouTubers and streamers Technoblade, the online gaming community is in deep sorrow.

The announcement was made in a final video that his family uploaded to his YouTube channel, almost a year after he first revealed that he had been diagnosed with cancer.

In a video titled, “So Long, Nerds,” Technoblade left his fans with a touching farewell message.

“Hello everyone, Technoblade here, If you’re watching this. I am dead.”

The video goes on to reveal that Technoblade’s real name was Alexander, and his father said that he wrote this final message to his fans approximately eight hours before he died
