Ghanaian musician and CEO of Lynx Entertainment, Richie Mensah, has dismissed rumors that KiDi, one of his record label’s top artists, suffered a stroke. The rumors began circulating after KiDi canceled his US tour due to health issues.
In a statement released on social media, Mensah clarified that KiDi’s health issues were not related to a stroke. He explained that the artist had been experiencing some discomfort and was advised by his doctors to take a break from touring and focus on his health.
Mensah emphasized that KiDi’s health was a top priority for Lynx Entertainment and that the record label was committed to supporting him during this time. He also expressed his gratitude to KiDi’s fans for their concern and support, stating that the artist was doing well and was expected to make a full recovery.
The music executive advised the public to “ignore the rumors,” claiming that some bloggers were spreading false information as “clickbait” to drive traffic to their platforms.
