Following the alleged murder of the founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of the tourism facility, forensic police are determining the value to attach to a ladder they discovered resting against the wall of the Royal Cosy Hill Hotel, also known as Jirapa Dubai.
It appears that Eric Johnson was repeatedly stabbed in a chamber within his villa on the hotel grounds before he was discovered dead in a pool of blood last Sunday morning.
The Daily Graphic has learned through sources that the ladder was found after the discovery of Johnson’s death.
Nevertheless, as they look into the suspected murder of the CEO of the tourism facility, the police, including a combined team from Accra and the Upper West Region, are looking for more information.
Following the death of the businessman whose safari park and lodging facilities occupied several acres of land and made Jirapa a popular tourist destination in the Upper West Region, seven persons have been taken into custody for questioning thus far.
