Joyce Bawah Mogtari, a trusted aide to former President John Dramani Mahama, has come out to strongly refute claims that she received a scholarship from the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC).
These accusations suggest that she was one of the individuals who benefited from government scholarships.
Taking to Facebook to address these allegations, Madam Bawah Mogtari condemned members of the New Patriotic Party for spreading falsehoods in an attempt to tarnish her reputation and integrity.
She made it clear that she has never applied for or received any form of financial aid from either the GNPC or Ghana’s Scholarship Secretariat.
In addition to addressing the scholarship claims, she also clarified that she has never been a student at Portsmouth University, debunking yet another aspect of the misinformation campaign against her.
In her Facebook post, she urged the public to ignore the lies being spread by the NPP, calling them dishonest and untrustworthy individuals.
