Isaac Kofi Dzidzienyo, the headmaster of Sokode Secondary Technical School (SOCTECH), has made a plea to the government to provide infrastructure support for the school in order to enhance instruction and learning.
He claims that the absence of labs, classroom buildings, and ICT equipment is having a detrimental impact on the school’s academic programs.
He claimed that because there aren’t enough classroom blocks, the school’s dining hall doubles as a classroom for more than 600 pupils.
During a visit to the school by Adom News correspondent Odehyeba Owusu Job, Mr. Dzidzienyo made this call.
Therefore, the headmaster took advantage of the situation to make a plea to the government, non-governmental organizations, people, stakeholders, and other charitable groups to assist the school by providing computers and other lab equipment to enhance teaching and learning.
