If he wants to take care of a child that isn’t his, let it be his decision – Toyin on paternity fraud cases

Former Big Brother Naija contestant Doyin described asking a lover for a DNA test as unpleasant but logical.

The increasing increase in paternity fraud has sparked internet arguments.

However, while expressing her thoughts on the trend, Doyin confirmed that males had the ultimate right to request a DNA test from their spouses.

The reality TV personality believes that men should be given the option of fathering their own kid or not.

Doyin thus encouraged ladies not to get disturbed when they are asked to verify the paternity of their children.

She wrote: “It is not wrong for your partner to obtain a DNA test. If he wants to care for a kid who isn’t his, he should do it on purpose rather than because he believes he is the father.

“If your spouse requests a DNA test, don’t become upset since the rate of paternity deception is too great. It’s an unpleasant request, but it’s understandable.”
