Phillip Adams was an American football counter-back who started his professional career as an American footballer in 2010 after he was drafted into the NFL by the San Francisco 49ers.

He started playing at the age of seven and retired in 2016.

He was born on the 20th of July 1988 in South Carolina in the United States of America.

He played a total of 78 professional games for six different football teams namely; the New England Patriots, Oakland Raiders, Seattle Seahawks, New York Jets, and Atlanta Falcons.

How did Phillip Adams die?

Philips Adams died at the age of 32 on the 8th of April, 2021. After Phillips shot six people to death, he later killed himself after a standoff with the police of South Carolina.

The shooting and killing of 6 people was still a mystery until a post-mortem on Philips Adams revealed that he was suffering from a brain condition known as chronic traumatic encephalopathy known as CTE.
