As a partner at AB & David Africa’s Natural Resources and Extractive Industries Practice Group, she is said to have advised clients on a wide variety of natural resource, energy, mining, and other extractive industry issues.

Her experience covered a wide range of legal and strategic issues, including acquisitions, deal structuring, negotiation assistance, project development, joint ventures, and local content concerns in these industries.

Nana Serwah is also believed to have overseen the firm’s Government Business and Regulation Practice Group, where she played an important role in assisting African countries on public sector organizational and policy reform projects.

Her contributions included the formulation of industry regulations, capacity building activities, and assistance for improving systems and human resources.
