Freddy Eusebio Rincón Valencia born on14th August 1966 and died on 13th April 2022 was a Colombian professional footballer who played 84 games for the national team between 1990 and 2001.

He was a versatile midfielder who could play on the left, center, or as an attacking midfielder.

He represented Independiente Santa Fé, América de Cali (Colombia), Napoli (Italy), Real Madrid (Spain), Palmeiras, Santos, and Corinthians (Brazil) at club level.

Rincón was hospitalized with critical head injuries on April 11, 2022, after a car in which he was a passenger collided with a bus in Cali a city in Colombia.

Four of his passengers, as well as the bus driver, were hurt. Two days later, the Columbian footballer passed away. He was 55.

Sebastián Rincón is the son of Freddy Rincón, the late Colombian international footballer. He was born on January 14, 1994, in Cali, Colombia. He is 28 years as of April 2022.

Sabastian is also a Colombian professional footballer who currently plays for Barracas Central in Argentina as a right-winger or forward.

The son of the late footballer began his professional career with Independiente Santa Fe, a Colombian first-division team, as a teenager in 2010. After that, he joined the Uruguayan team CA Atenas.

On April 16, 2012, Sabastian was loaned to the Portland Timbers of Major League Soccer.

On May 30, 2013, he made his professional debut against the Wilmington Hammerheads in a US Open Cup match. Rincon had 13 caps and two goals for Portland Timbers 2, a USL Championship team, during his stay in Portland.

Huracan, an Argentine club, announced Sabastian’s signing on July 9, 2021. On February 6, 2022, he transferred to Barracas Central, a league rival.
