It is now clear that ‘Polikem’ is no longer a thing as Elikem Kumodzi and his Zimbabwean wife, Pokello Nare are currently said to be battling divorce in a court in Zimbabwe where they got married.
Elikem is said to be have been the one who filed for divorce against his wife on the reasons for falling out of love and losing affection for her, as they have not been living together as husband and wife for a year.
Another reason stated in the case file is also said to have included that Pokello’s jealousy towards Elikem’s romantic scenes in movies is also affecting his acting career. He is said to have defined their marriage as “irreparable”.
But Pokello is said to have however filed for a notice to defend her soon-to-be ex-husband’s reasons for the divorce.
For the past couple of months, their separation has been speculative as the two denied every rumor – although their actions on social media proved otherwise.
