Doechii, formerly known as Iamdoechii, is the stage name of Jaylah Ji’mya Hickmon, an American rapper born on August 14, 1998.

She gained notoriety in 2021 thanks to the viral popularity of her song “Yucky Blucky Fruitcake” on TikTok after releasing her debut EP, Oh the Places You’ll Go (2020).

She joined Capitol Records and Top Dawg Entertainment in 2022, and via them, she released her sophomore EP, She/Her/Black Bitch.
