Doctors find ‘spaghetti type of worm’ in intestine during surgery (VIDEO)

Several common intestinal parasites affect animals. These parasites can cause diarrhea, weight loss, itchiness near the anus, or vomiting.

Most worms and parasites are never seen. Once they find the right spot in the body, they don’t want to leave. However, a bowel obstruction, which is an intestinal obstruction which means that something is blocking your intestine can clearly be seen.

Food and stool may not be able to move freely. When your intestine works normally, digested food moves from your stomach to your rectum. Along the way, your body breaks food down into usable parts and turns the rest to feces (stool).

It is a gastrointestinal condition in which digested material is prevented from passing normally through the bowel. It can be caused by fibrous tissue that compresses the gut, which can develop many years after abdominal surgery.

While doctors were performing surgery on a horse suffering from bowel obstruction, they found heaps of ‘spaghetti type of worm.’  Check out the video below:
