The popular Arthur Robert Schmidt was an American film manager with around 27 film credits somewhere in the range of 1977 and 2005.

Schmidt had a lengthy joint effort with chief Robert Zemeckis, from the Back to the Future film set of three to Project Away.

He has been selected for significant altering grants (counting the BAFTA Grant for Best Altering) for Coal Excavator’s Little Girl (1980), Back to the Future (with Harry Keramidas, 1985),

Schmidt got the 2009 American Film Editors Profession Accomplishment Grant, which was introduced to Schmidt by Zemeckis.

Schmidt kicked the bucket at his home in St Nick Barbara, California, on August 5, 2023, at 86 years old.

Schmidt got the Foundation Grant for Best Film Altering for Who Outlined Roger Bunny (1988) and Forrest Gump (1994).

Schmidt was brought into the world in Los Angeles on June 17, 1937, the child of film supervisor Arthur P. Schmidt; it is said that the child’s schooling in altering started when he watched his dad alter the film Nightfall Avenue (1950). Schmidt moved on from St Nick Clara College with a four-year certification in English.
