A security man beats a journalist for filming players. In a report that has since been confirmed by the former editor of 442gh, Seidu Adamu was assaulted by a bodyguard of the Black Stars who has been identified as Aziz.
This Aziz guy is so immature and uncivilized but as usual, the GFA will applaud his nonsense.
Is that how to approach a journalist who is there to get content for his followers?
I can’t wait for the black stars to qualify for the Next World Cup in USA so I can have dinner with… pic.twitter.com/910VIK2H5J

The voice of veteran Ghanaian sports journalist Yaw Ampofo Ankrah was heard in the background trying to de-escalate the situation after Aziz threatened to destroy the gentleman’s phone.
This comes on the back of Aziz allegedly assaulting Ghanaian sports he ts journalist Seidu Adamu physically in the lead-up to the Black Stars international friendly game against Mexico.
Adamu, a former editor of the website 442 Ghana who’s currently based in the US, said the attack was unprovoked. Adamu is known to be a strong critic of the Kurt Okraku-led Ghana Football Association (GFA) administration.
This is the guy who beat up Seidu. Two people are recording, he stopped one but didn’t stop the other. So it’s clear that recording is not the issue, it’s the person involved that’s the problem. So crass! pic.twitter.com/LO8TRLeVW2

He posted: “Since the Leadership of the Ghana FA cannot guarantee my safety in and around the National Team, I have taken the hard decision to return to my base and not make the journey to Tennessee where the Black Stars are due to play the US Men’s National Team.”
He added, “I did not provoke anyone, neither did I say, act, or place myself in a situation that called for such Barbaric acts against me.”
Meanwhile, some Ghanaian journalists have taken to social media to condemn the alleged attack on their colleagues.
