The formal launch of Zenith Bank (Ghana) Limited’s 42nd physical business location in Ashaiman is a major milestone.
The bank is committed to growing its reach and bringing its services closer to communities, as seen by the opening of a new branch at the Ashaiman Shell Filling Station on the Ashaiman-Klagon route. The bank is currently present in 11 out of 16 areas.
It also emphasizes the bank’s desire to maintain a strong foothold in Ghana’s dynamic financial sector.
Managing Director and CEO of Zenith Bank Henry Onwuzurigbo emphasized during the ceremony that the new branch embodies the bank’s mission to be wherever its services are required.
While recognizing the significance of digital banking, he emphasized the need to preserve physical branches to guarantee that the banking sector continues to reap the rewards of interpersonal communication.
Based on Ashaiman’s growing micro, small, and medium-sized business environment, diverse population, and dense population, the CEO noted that choosing Ashaiman for the new branch was a wise decision.
He noted that Ashaiman offered Zenith Bank a strong chance to support the local economy because it had a thriving industrial sector that included metalwork, textiles, agricultural inputs, and other products.
