Zaven Collins, a linebacker for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League, was created on May 19, 1999. (NFL). In 2020, he was selected a unanimous All-American and won numerous defensive player of the year honours while playing college football for Tulsa. Collins was taken by the Cardinals in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
Collins, who was born on May 19, 1999, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, later attended Hominy High School there. In high school, he played safety, linebacker, and quarterback. In addition to 4,084 running yards and 54 rushing touchdowns, he also accumulated 3,056 passing yards and 32 additional scores over his career. He made the decision to enrol at the University of Tulsa and play football there.

After redshirting his first year at Tulsa in 2017, Collins played in 12 games and made 10 starts in 2018. He had 85 tackles, 1.5 sacks, and one interception. In his 12 games as a sophomore in 2019, he started every one of them and recorded 97 tackles and two sacks. Collins returned to Tulsa in 2020, where he won the Chuck Bednarik Award, the Bronko Nagurski Trophy, and the Lombardi Award for being the nation’s top defensive player.
