The Inspector General (IG) of the Liberia National Police, Gregory O. W. Coleman, recently visited the Ghana Police Service headquarters in Accra and commended the remarkable transformation under the leadership of Dr. George Akuffo Dampare.
He expressed admiration for the values and leadership style demonstrated by Dr. Dampare since assuming office, hailing him as an inspiration to other police leaders across Africa.
During his visit, IGP Gregory praised the success achieved by the Ghana Police Service, making it a reference point for law enforcement agencies on the continent.
He also expressed gratitude for the warm reception received and indicated his eagerness to learn from the Ghanaian team as the Liberia National Police embarks on its own institutional transformation journey.
In response, IGP Dr. George Akuffo Dampare welcomed the Liberian delegation and reiterated his commitment to fostering cooperation and collaboration among regional law enforcement agencies. He emphasized the importance of sharing best practices in policing to enhance overall effectiveness.
