American professional wrestler Austin Watson was born on September 4, 1986. He is presently hired by WWE, where he performs on the SmackDown brand under the stage name Xavier Woods. Outside of wrestling, Watson appears in public under the name of Austin Creed.
When they shared the TNA World Tag Team Championship as The Lethal Consequences, Watson worked for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) as Consequences Creed.
He received the ring name Xavier Woods and was assigned to the company’s developmental territory Florida Championship Wrestling after signing with WWE in 2010. Woods worked for NXT, which was formerly known as FCW, until the main roster called him up in 2013.
The New Day was created in 2014 by Woods, Big E, and Kofi Kingston. Since then, he has amassed 11 WWE Tag Team Championships, including a record seven SmackDown Tag Team Championships, four Raw Tag Team Championships, and seven SmackDown Tag Team Championships.
The second reign of New Day as the Raw Tag Team Champions, which ended in February 2021, was the longest of any male tag team championship in WWE history. In October 2021, Woods won the King of the Ring competition for the 22nd time. For a brief period, he was known as King Woods.
