Tommy and Wrenzie Rice, locals of Myrtle Beach, have been expanding their businesses and raising three sons with a slightly better perspective than others for the past twenty-five years.
The Rices achieved their unique vantage point when Tommy was “drawn to the residences on the Boulevard” and opted to renovate their home’s main floor to take advantage of its outstanding location.
