Will Johnny Depp act again?

Johnny Depp is currently suing Heard for £39 million after she claimed in a newspaper article that she was a victim of domestic abuse.

Depp lost a UK High Court battle against The Sun in 2020 when a judge found that we were correct to name him a wife abuser.

She has however countersued him for £77 million on allegations made by his lawyer regarding her.

During the trial, Depp said Heard exploited his childhood trauma from his mother Betty Sue Palmer to verbally demolish him.

He continued,

“I was not permitted to be correct, not allowed to have a voice,” he explained.

“At some point, you realize you’re in a relationship with your mother in certain ways.”

“I realize it seems twisted and stupid, but some individuals look for others’ flaws and sensitivities.”

The US trial is still ongoing but will the actor act again?

Johnny Depp is gearing up for a comeback to the big screen.

Depp is set to play King Louis XV in French filmmaker Maiwenn’s forthcoming film, Variety reports, following a rocky divorce from Amber Heard over domestic abuse charges.
