Will Clapp, born December 10, 1995, is an American football center for the National Football League’s Los Angeles Chargers (NFL). He went to Louisiana State University and played football there.

Clapp attended New Orleans’ Brother Martin High School. In January 2010, he committed to play football for the LSU Tigers.

Clapp opted to redshirt rather than play as a true freshman in 2014. Clapp started all 12 games for the Tigers as a redshirt freshman in 2015.

He was third on the team in total snaps (776), and knockdown blocks (88), and did not allow a sack. He was chosen to the SEC’s All-Freshman team in 2015.

Heather and Tommy Clapp are his parents. Unfortunately, very little is known about them.

Will’s father lettered on the defensive line at LSU from 1984 to 1987 and was appointed a permanent team captain for the 1987 team.

Tommy concluded his LSU career with 139 tackles, 9.0 tackles for loss, and 4.0 sacks, and he started the Sugar Bowl against Nebraska in 1985 and 1987.
