Famous rapper Young Dolph was shot and killed last year in an incident that took place at the Makeda’s Butter Cookies bakery in Memphis, USA.
Police confirmed that Dolph was the victim of the attack and asked for people to not interfere throughout their investigations.
Why Young Dolph was shot
Dolph walked into the aforementioned store on Wednesday when someone drove up with their vehicle and shot the famous Memphis rapper.
Hundreds of people gathered outside the bakery after news broke about the shooting in order to mourn Dolph’s death, with police attempting to push the crowd back from the scene.
He was shot twice in the past, as a heavily armored SUV saved his life in February 2017, and later that year he was seriously injured after being shot in Hollywood.
The rapper was born in Chicago and his real name was Adolph Thornton Jr.
He moved to Memphis at a very young age and gradually became famous after moving up the Billboard charts.
