The Talk has been a staple on CBS for the past 14 years, but all good things must come to an end. The Emmy Award-winning series is now approaching its final season, set to conclude in December 2024.

CBS executives recently made the announcement, expressing their gratitude to the show’s hosts – Akbar Gbajabiamila, Amanda Kloots, Natalie Morales, Jerry O’Connell, and Sheryl Underwood, as well as the entire production team. They also thanked former hosts and guests who had contributed to the show over the years.

The network plans to give The Talk the proper sendoff it deserves in its final season. Despite being the lowest-rated show on CBS’ daytime programming block, the long-running series has been a key part of the network’s lineup for many years.

All five co-hosts from the previous season will be returning for The Talk’s final season. Sheryl Underwood, Natalie Morales, Akbar Gbajabiamila, Amanda Kloots, and Jerry O’Connell will lead the show through its last episodes.

The Talk first premiered in October 2010, replacing As the World Turns in its time slot. Over the years, the show has tackled important and entertaining topics, winning three Emmy Awards along the way.

As the final season approaches, fans can expect a celebration of the show and everything it has accomplished.
