Raphael Warnock is an American pastor and politician. He is the incumbent United States senator from Georgia and senior pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta.
Why Raphael Warnock and Oulèye Ndoye divorced
Raphael Warnock married Oulèye Ndoye on two different occasions. Their public ceremony was held on valentine’s day on February 14, 2016. This came after their private ceremony which was held in January.
Their marriage was blessed with two children named Chloe and Caleb.
They separated three years later in November 2019. However, their relationship did not end on friendly terms.
Both parties were arguing about visiting relatives. In an attempt to escape the heated argument, Warnock allegedly run over Ndoye’s foot with his car. However, no charges were ever brought and no injuries were found on Ndoye’s foot.
Their divorce was finalized in 2020.
While Warnock was running for the Senate in 2020, video footage from a police interview regarding the allegations by Warnock’s soon-to-be ex-wife would be made public.
