Vishal Garg recently announced to his employees that he is firing them via Zoom. The video has gone viral especially on Tiktok with people asking his reason for the layoff.

Vishal Garg enumerated market efficiency, performance, and productivity as the reason behind the firings. He also accused the employees of “stealing” from their colleagues and customers by being unproductive and only working two hours a day.
He is on a cost-cutting exercise that will affect about 15 percent of the company’s employees in the United States of America and India.
