Lily Rose Beatrice Allen is an English singer, songwriter, and actress born in Hammersmith, London, United Kingdom on May 2, 1985.

When she uploaded some of her voice recordings on Myspace in 2015, she officially started her music career. An agreement with Regal Recordings and BBC Radio 1 airplay resulted from the exposure.

Her first big-time single, “Smile,” which topped the UK Singles Chart, was released in 2006. The following release was her self-titled first album, which has sold over 2.6 million copies worldwide.
