Veteran American singer Anthony Dominick Benedetto, better known as Tony Bennett, died on July 21, 2023. He was born on August 3, 1926, in New York City, U.S. He was among the U.S. Tony realized his singing technique, he signed with Columbia Records and had his first number-one popular song with “Because of You” in 1951.
Throughout his career, he has received many awards and accolades. He has received 20 Grammy Awards, a Lifetime Achievement Award, and two Primetime Emmy Awards. Tony was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in 2016, however, this was not known to the public until February 2021.
