Tim Sr. and his wife Lucille Brown had four other children. Tim Jr. is the last born of his parents. Records have it that, his father was arrested on drug charges before he was born. Tim’s father spent 15 years in prison, making him miss the full fatherly love for the first 15 years of his life.
