Katie, 36, was spotted solo in a multi-colored, floor-length sun dress mingling with movie makers and shakers on Friday.
Last year he and his first wife, the ballet dancer Britta Lazenga divorced after three years of marriage.
And he wasted no time securing the hand of South African Sports Illustrated swimwear model Jessica who he proposed to shortly after his divorce was finalized.
He got down on one knee after a horseback ride in the Santa Monica Mountains in September.
Ryan has earned the nickname Billion Dollar Producer for his huge investments in the movie business.
So it is no wonder anyone who is anyone wanted to be part of his big day.
The ceremony was held privately near Malibu where Ryan owns properties before the wedding party went on to Nobu in the beachside community.
‘Ryan Kavanaugh rented the whole restaurant and guests were greeted at Nobu with champagne and specialty cocktails.
‘They enjoyed several hours of food and dancing. Around 1 a.m., guests were treated to a spectacular fireworks show over the ocean.’
