John Phillip Price is a 56-year-old professional golfer from Wales. Heplays on the European Senior Tour. Price turned professional in 1989 and qualified for membership in the European Tour for the 1991 season through the 1990 Qualifying School.
Price played on the U.S.-based PGA Tour in 2005, however, he did not do well enough to retain his card. Subsequently, he has featured in the top 50 of the Official World Golf Ranking.
He also made one appearance in the Ryder Cup, where he played for the winning European team of 2002. He beat Phil Mickelson in the final day’s singles to secure an invaluable point and an historic victory.
