Denise Bellingham, born December 18, 1968, is a British human resource officer who works tirelessly to support both Jude and his brother Jobe Bellingham in their careers.
In some throwback photos sighted by Ghanafuo.com, Denise appears to be very supportive of Jude’s football career, attending training regularly to monitor his progress on the field of play. She also switches countries to stay with him.
No wonder the Real Madrid star boy often addresses his mother as his ‘queen’.
During his signing in Madrid last year, he attributed his career success to his mother. “The role my mum is playing is massive,” Jude disclosed during his Real Madrid unveiling ceremony. “It is probably the biggest role of anyone, more than my coaches and managers, to be honest.”
As a supportive mother, Denise moved to Germany in 2020 to stay with Jude after Borussia Dortmund signed him for £22.5million from Birmingham City. She made sure her husband Mrs Bellingham stayed behind to take good care of Jobe.
According to Mail, Jude and Denise still live in a flat together in the exclusive La Finca neighborhood in the west of Madrid. The flat reportedly cost £11million. She reportedly helps make his bed and sometimes drives him to training.
With her human resource background, Denise also manages her son’s financial affairs, allowing him to focus on football and not become distracted by the prestige and greed that can derail the careers of many young footballers.
“My mum is there to just keep everything neutral really,” Jude said about his mother during a recent interview.
“Without my mum, sometimes I’d get too low with the lows or too high with the highs and I stay pretty humble because I’ve got her around.
“It’s also great to have her there because she’s a great laugh as well. We get on so well and we’re always doing stuff together,” he added.
Even though fans have heavily speculated that Denise Bellingham is a Ghanaian, such a claim has not been verified yet. However, her ethnicity has been established as African-British.
