A cornerback with the National Football League’s Carolina Panthers, Joshua Ricardo Norman was born on December 15, 1987. In the fifth round of the 2012 NFL Draft, the Panthers selected him out of Coastal Carolina’s college football program. He has also played for the Washington Redskins, Buffalo Bills, and San Francisco 49ers. He took part in Dance with the Stars, a celebrity dancing competition show, and placed second in its 26th season in 2018.
Due to his mother and father, Norman has Native American ancestry. Alongside Kirk Cousins and Ryan Kerrigan, Norman made multiple appearances in regional auto dealer commercials while he was a member of the Redskins. As a result of the destruction caused by Hurricane Maria, which hit Puerto Rico earlier that month, Norman gave $100,000 to the recovery efforts in September 2017.
