Jordan Ross Belfort is an American entrepreneur, speaker, author, former stockbroker, and financial criminal who was born on July 9, 1962. He pleaded guilty in 1999 to stock-market manipulation and running a boiler room as part of a penny stock scam, as well as other related charges.
