Jennette Michelle Faye McCurdy is a writer, director, singer, podcaster, and former actress from the United States.
McCurdy’s breakout performance as Sam Puckett in the Nickelodeon comedy iCarly (2007–2012) garnered her four Kids Choice Awards, among other honors. She returned to the network for the spin-off series Sam & Cat (2013-2014), after which she left.
