Georgia Hall MBE is an English professional golfer. She currently plays on the Ladies European Tour, and the LPGA Tour.
She had her first victory in a major championship in 2018, when she won the Women’s British Open at Royal Lytham.

Hall was born to Wayne Hall and Samantha Hall.
Her mother Samantha worked as a hairdresser and her father Wayne was a plasterer who also doubles as her caddy.
Her parents had to make sacrifices for her golf career, as their combined income was not enough.
When she was 13 and won the British Ladies Amateur, she had to turn down the invite she received to the Kraft Nabisco Championship. This was because the family couldn’t afford the flight to California.
She then began her golfing career at Canford Magna Golf Club. At the 2013 Australian Youth Olympic Festival she won two gold medals.
Later, she had a successful amateur career and even won the 2013 British Ladies Amateur Golf Championship.
