Garn Stephens (April 10, 1936 – April 14, 2023) was an American actor and playwright who worked in film, television, and theatre. She was best recognized for her parts in Phyllis and the 1982 horror picture Halloween III: Season of the Witch.
Stephens began her career as a theatrical actor. In 1971, she portrayed Estelle in the original theatrical comedy Father’s Day, and the following year, she played Jan in the Broadway production of Grease.
