Dean McDermott, a Canadian actor, has found love again after his split from American actress Tori Spelling, whom he was married to for 18 years.
His new girlfriend is Lily Calo, whom he was first seen with in October 2023 in Los Angeles, California, holding hands and kissing at the Los Angeles International Airport a few days later. Dean made their relationship Instagram official in May 2024 when he posted a photo of them on a date at The Magic Castle.
Lily Calo, according to her now-deactivated LinkedIn profile, works as a senior account executive at Conscious Community Global, a health company that focuses on holistic healing and conscious living. She was born in New Jersey, lived in Austin, Texas before moving to Los Angeles, and has a background in the arts and writing.
Despite their split, Tori Spelling, Dean’s estranged wife, approves of his relationship with Lily. In a statement to Page Six in March 2024, Dean mentioned that Tori and Lily get along well, and everyone comes together for the greater good of their kids. This was evident when Lily was spotted with the family at Dave & Busters in Los Angeles, where Tori even jokingly wiped lipstick off her face.
Dean and Tori were married on May 7, 2006, in a private ceremony in Fiji, and have five children together.
Tori filed for divorce in March 2024, citing irreconcilable differences. Despite the split, Dean and Tori seem to be successfully co-parenting and supporting each other as they move on in their personal lives.
