Eric Scott Norris is an American former stock car racing driver and stuntman who won the 2002 NASCAR Winston-West Series Championship.
Outside of racing, he also doubles as a director. He has directed several episodes of the TV series Walker, Texas Ranger, both of which starred his father, Chuck Norris.

Eric Norris was born on May 20, 1964, in Redondo Beach, California, as the second son of Dianne and Chuck Norris.
