Wang Xinyu is a professional tennis player from the Republic of China.
She was born on September 26, 2001, in Shenzhen, China.
Who are Wang Xinyu coaches Wang Peng and Aleksandar Slović?
Wang Peng doubles up as Xinyu’s coach and father. He has been her coach for several years now. He worked as a tennis coach for the Shenzhen and the Chinese women’s national teams.
He had to quit both positions in order to concentrate on his daughter’s promising tennis career.
Now, Aleksander Slovic on the other hand is a former professional tennis player from Croatia.
The former winner of the men’s singles title at the 2009 Summer Universiade works for Xinyu as a technical director and fitness trainer.
Wang, who entered the Australian Open at the age of 14, lost to France’s Alizé Cornet in the first round, making her the second-youngest participant in the main event.
However, she and her Taiwanese partner Liang En-Shuo took home the junior girls’ doubles championship after defeating Violet Apisah and Lulu Sun to advance to the final.
