He scored nearly 2,000 points in his high school career at Life Center Academy in Burlington, New Jersey. He led LCA to a 17-9 record as a senior, averaging 16.2 points, 4.0 assists, and 2.0 steals per game while shooting 46 percent from the field and 39 percent from 3-point range.
He led LCA to a 20-8 record as a junior, averaging 16.6 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game.
