Donald West, who was born on June 20, 1963, and died on December 30, 2022, was an American pitchman, television personality, and wrestling broadcaster best known for his work as a commentator on Impact Wrestling.

West previously hosted the Shop at Home Network. West rose to prominence in the 1990s for his loud, energetic, abrasive sales pitches on late-night television, as well as his blunt obvious observations and persuasive style.

Don West got his start in television shopping when he applied for a job as the host of Sports Collectibles, a sports memorabilia show on the Shop at Home Network.

He was rejected despite his degree in sports broadcasting (and the fact that his brother Dale was the chief financial officer of the Shop at Home Network).

West started advertising knives on television in 1991, and in March 1993 he was hired by the Shop at Home Network after submitting an application. Sales increased from US$3 million to US$150 million between 1993 and 2001.

Along with selling sports souvenirs, West also promoted Beanie Babies and Pokémon figurines. On three episodes of Saturday Night Live, Will Ferrell and Chris Kattan parodied West and his co-host, Eddy Lewis.
