Betty White’s funeral and burial have been a source of speculation among admirers since her passing.

White, a comedian and performer best remembered for performances in sitcoms such as The Mary Tyler Moore Show and The Golden Girls, died three weeks before her 100th birthday on December 31, 2021.

Where is Betty White buried? Funeral held yet?

Betty White’s burial date hasn’t been announced, but her friend and agent, Jeff Witjas, stated in a statement on January 5, 2022, that her funeral will be private, as she requested when she was alive.

“The preparations are being handled quietly, as Betty requested,” added Witjas.

“She didn’t want people to make a big deal about her, just like she didn’t want to make a big deal about herself in life.”

On December 31, 2021, White died in her sleep at her home in the Brentwood neighborhood of west Los Angeles at around 9:30 a.m. PT.

On June 14, 1963, White married Ludden, an actor and TV program presenter.

Prior to Ludden’s death, they had been married for approximately 18 years.
