
Michael Gordon, popularly known in showbiz circles as Mick Gordon is a composer, record producer, musician, and sound designer from Australia.
He’s written music for a variety of first-person shooters, including LawBreakers, Wolfenstein: The New Order, and Prey. Gordon also contributed to the first and second seasons of the 2013 fighting game Killer Instinct.

Gordon began his musical career in his teens as a jazz/blues guitarist before he moved into the gaming world. His work is pretty unique when it comes to composing music for shooter games and films.
Gordon finished the score for the science fiction first-person shooter Doom, a sequel to the 1993 game developed by id Software, in 2016.
His score for Doom was nominated for a BAFTA Games Award for Best Music and won a D.I.C.E. Award for Outstanding Achievement in Original Music Composition.
