The structure houses a fitness center as well as a “private social club.” Weiner’s spectacular flat in the center of Manhattan may be his method of signaling to New York that he intends to return to the public glare.
The structure is located in Gramercy Park, just a few blocks from Union Square. The website of 254 boasts that it “is located ‘front row and center’ to everything that matters.”
