Zaven Collins, an American football linebacker for the National Football League’s Arizona Cardinals, was born on May 19, 1999. (NFL). He played college football at Tulsa, where in 2020 he won multiple defensive player of the year honours and was voted a unanimous All-American. The Cardinals selected Collins in the opening round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
Collins participated in 12 games and made 10 starts in 2018 after redshirting his freshman year at Tulsa in 2017. He had one interception, 1.5 sacks, and 85 tackles. He started each of the 12 games he played in as a sophomore in 2019, compiling 97 tackles and two sacks. In 2020, Collins went back to Tulsa, where he won the Lombardi Award, the Bronko Nagurski Trophy, and the Chuck Bednarik Award for being the best defensive player in the country.

Collins, who was born on May 19, 1999, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, later attended Hominy High School there. In high school, he was a quarterback, linebacker, and safety. He accumulated 4,084 rushing yards and 54 touchdowns during his career, as well as 3,056 passing yards and 32 more. He made a commitment to play college football at the University of Tulsa.
