Wyatt Teller is an American Football player and a guard for the Cleveland Browns in the NFL. Wyatt was born on November 21,1994 to Richard and Cheryl Teller in Manassas.
Teller is currently contracted to Cleveland Browns. The duration of the contact will see him through to 2025.
College Career
He played College Football at Virginia Tech after high school. Teller committed to play football at Virginia Tech over at least 16 other FBS programs.
After his senior season with the Hokies, Teller was named to the All-ACC first team, as well as the runner up for the ACC Jacob Blockings Trophy. He was also invited to the 2018 Senior Bowl.
Wyatt Teller started his career on defense, as he was rated one of the top defensive linemen in the country. He was named the Virginia state Defensive Player of the Year as a senior in high school recording 120 tackles, 11 sacks, four forced fumbles.
He switched from defensive end to offensive tackle in 2013, and then to guard in the spring of 2014.
Teller was one of the strongest players in the country with an impressive weight room and functionally on the field.
He played in all 13 games in 2014, starting the final six at left guard. By this time, his conversion was complete as a sophomore, starting 12 of 13 games at the left guard.
Teller’s impressive display in 2016 gave him All-ACC notice, as he showed intelligence and awareness during games.
He was voted for by coaches as first-team all-conference for his play as a 13-game starter at the left guard spot in 2017.
